The objective of the organization
shall be to support, educate and further the relationship between nursery
stock growers, landscape architects, landscape contractors and retail
garden center owners and operators: to promote the general welfare of the
nursery industry in the Southeast Texas area.
To maintain high professional standards in the
conduct of business, to combat unfair practices, encourage efficiency
among members and to improve methods of growing and distributing nursery
stock. To specifically and expressly exclude any infringement of the
anti-trust laws with reference to establishing prices or disposing of
products in any way and to increase purchasing power through
cooperative buying.
